My goal for my business is to help you achieve your fitness and health goals through proper physical training and lifestyle. 

I have been an athlete nearly my entire life and went on to play football and baseball in high school.  I was drafted by the Florida Marlins after my senior season in high school but chose, instead, to get my education and play baseball at the college level.  I turned down many offers to play college football as well. My older brother played college football at the Division I level.  We truly believe we had an edge over our teammates and competitors because we had a personal trainer to encourage us and to train us to be stronger and faster than the others.  I began working with a personal trainer when I was 12.

I have lived my dream and now I have a dream to help others  to live their dreams.
