The Free HittersIQ Guide
The swing is rarely the problem. The decision in front of the swing is. This guide starts where the at-bat actually starts: the forty feet from the on-deck circle to the box, the first thought, and the story he is standing in when he gets there.
Underneath every at-bat sits the same three things: the first thought, the story being believed, and the mindset your hitter is standing in. That layer is the work, and it is what the evaluation reads.
